DELIVERY: We generally do not stock contact lenses. We order from the manufacturer so that the lenses are completely fresh and have their full expiry time available to you. You can expect your order to be dispatched by us within 3 working days from the day we receive the order. If for any reason your order will not be dispatched within 3 working days (e.g. manufacturer advises us that they are out of stock…very unusual!) we will contact you and let you know.

GUARANTEE: We provide two guarantees. Firstly there is our No Quibble Guarantee – if you are not happy for any reason please return the products to us and we will fully refund any unopened and undamaged packs. Secondly there is our Security Guarantee - Our customers have never reported fraudulent use of their credit or debit cards when shopping online with Opticzone. In the event of any unauthorised charges being made to your credit or debit card we will cover your liability to a maximum of £100. The only conditions are that the unauthorised use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Opticzone and that you have notified your card issuer of the unauthorised use and followed their procedure for recovery from this use.

EYE EXAMINATIONS: It is a condition of our Contact Lens supply that you have had a consultation by a qualified Optometrist within the preceding 18 months, and that you supply us with a fully completed Contact Lens prescription signed & dated by the Optometrist.

PRIVACY: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will never pass your e-mail address to any other party.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
